Blake Lirette is a world champion kickboxer, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and martial arts coach with over 30 years of teaching experience.Having competed internationally in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Blake brings a lifetime of experience to his teaching.Today, through coaching, speaking, and self-defence workshops, he shares the lessons learned through decades of competition—helping others build confidence, resilience, awareness, and the ability to protect themselves.
